Cr8zCat: Welcome to Seaside Ceramics! I guess you could say my sis and I have never grown up, we still like to play in the mud! From the 1st grade my art won ribbons and was displayed in the local Art Gallery. I drifted from my love of ART or a time, but a glue gun and seashells from my sister reintroduced me to my 1st love. Some friends of ours took a ceramic class to learn how to use a new medium and in their excitement, they asked me if I would like to paint and that they would teach me! I fell head over heels in love and became totally obsessed with ceramics the very moment I held that paintbrush and applied the first drop of paint to a lighthouse, I still have, in 1997. I've been painting ceramics for over a decade but there is so much to learn and I have an unquenchable thirst for more knowledge, an imagination that continues to grow and expand which makes ceramics fun, exciting and interesting!
